I love Rose/Scorpius. I don't care if it's angst, drama, fluff, whatever - as long as there's romance and it's a ScoRose, I am in love.

Hermione was in-canon, with her study plan obsession. Your version of Rose is a lot like Hermione, but less inhibited. She's got enough Ron in her to make her think a little outside the box. I can see that she's desperate to impress her parents, but not so much that she'll forget herself. And I like that. I've read a few ScoRose's where she spends years refusing to even consider Scorpius just because of her parents.

Overall, cute one-shot! :)

I'm glad you think I got the characterisation right - I didn't want to be too hard on Hermione here, yet I wanted people to get that Rose is a teenage girl, a lot of whom have fights with their mothers! She does have a bit of a complicated relationship with them, but most people too!

Awesomeness!!! This was so simple yet a delightful account of human nature- if you know what I mean. I loved how keeping their relationship a secret was such a epic, epiphany to them. It kind of shows an innocence that not a lot of rose/scorpius fics display, its more realistic. The story flowed well and there was some awesome descriptions and sentences that I just read over twice to get the full impact of them.

one of my favorite parts:

The 'Scorpius-Malfoy-has-been-admitted-to-St.-Mungo’s-with-third-degree-burns' way.

and I need a sque moment here.YAY! that was a great incorporation and characterization of watermelon, it made me smile for the rest of the fic. and thanks for the mention in the beginning, I'm still grinning as I write this. Your the best B!

This was really good, I really enjoyed this! A true wonderful one shot. It gave you a good snapshot into their relationship thingy. I liked the ending, I love the song and I thought that this story fitted it very well. I like your take on Rose and Scorpius, it was realistic. I mean, why shouldn't have their fun? Not everyone meets their forever person in school anyway ;) I love this! You are really good! I love your style, you can bring characters to life in just a one shot, which I personally think is hard.

So excellent one shot :)
