Gah! I was beyond excited to see this updated, really.
This was a fantastic chapter. Very slow and well-done. I liked how everything played out. And, I especially liked this line: "I had never felt more certain that I never wanted to let him go." I think that's just so powerful and excellent.
I was having many of the same thoughts as Hermione at the end. I wonder what people are saying/thinking back at Hogwarts. I'm interested to see where things go from here.

I'm so happy that you were able to take a break from your work and post this chapter for us.
