The opening scene was made of win. Unconscious Irishmen everywhere, eh? Poor/lucky Alicia! And what in the world was Viktor doing in the Ministry?? He really cracks me up! He's so lovable and squishy and slightly daft but I love him to pieces! Oh, and this Derek character has me intrigued. I guess I'll have to read on to find out more.

OLIVER OLIVER OLIVER! I love Oliver. And I want to give him a big hug.

Viktor was even creepier than usual in this chapter, but that only made him funnier. Even though he didn't say much, I laughed every time you mentioned him. I love the rivalry he has with Oliver. Too much testosterone in one room, I should think?

I've always thought Gwenog was a bit mad. Perhaps this is how Ginny becomes the captain of the team??

this was absolutely brilliant! I was pretty much laughing the whole way through, this is comedy pot o' gold! You've got a rather crazy George, a menacing Angelina and Oliver. well, he's always been a weirdo. Then you have a lovely would-be cliffhanger in the middle there for those who might have seen that half first, and THEN Krum jumps out of a bin. You're quite probably the best writer ever, just for the sheer genius of this chapter. As for the Gwenog problem... I'm so excited to see where this goes. UPDATE SOON!!!

That start to what looks to be a well-rounded story, Jane. I like how you've characterised Alicia and her relationships with her clients/receptionist/Oliver. Nice chemistry between her and Oliver, also. Over all, I enjoyed the touch of comedy in this story and so far it's quite a fun read. Great job.

I just love the way you write Viktor Krum. He's so complex, but not in the way that you would hope :P I'd love to see a show down between him and Ron or get Hermione's perspective on his obsession with her.

Author's Response: Viktor is really, really underwritten in fan fic, and that's probably because he presented a little bit of an obstacle to Hermione/Ron, but I think he's a really interesting and fun character in himself. He's just not appreciated enough >.<

Well, there's a little bit of a hint of Hermione in Chapter Four, which I see you've read by now but who knows what'll happen in the future!

I'm really excited to see where this story goes. I love the concept of Alicia as a quidditch psychologist. It's very unique, and so far has been written beautifully.

Your characterizations are great. I love that you included Oliver Wood (because who doesn't love Oliver Wood?). Your Viktor Krum is so hilarious. I cracked up at his ‘She has made a bad choice – he is very ugly. Real men have beards.’ line.

Overall, this story is fantastic and makes me want to read more. So onward to chapter 2 :)

I never thought in my whole life that the job psychologist would exist in the Wizarding world and especially not a Quidditch psychologist. I mean seriously how did you come up with it. Those Quidditch stars really have issues. It’s so funny. Especially Gwenog Jones . She’s so bloody crazy. I really loved the parts you mentioned her. Let’s not forget the famous Viktor Krum. I never imagined him to be like that. But I really did love the way you portayed him. We don’t know alot about him so I suppose he really could be like that. The way he complains about Hermione Granger and Oliver Wood is absolutely hilarious. Also the way he disaproves about Hermione’s and Ron’s relationship. I think Alicia Spinnet and Viktor Krum would make a great dysfunctional couple. Also a big bonus point for writing about Alicia Spinnet because she’s a minor character and there aren’t alot of stories about her. ( I think because this is the first story I read about her.) I hope you will update soon and I will be definetely putting this in my favourite list. Also by the way I love the banner. It fits the story well.

Author's Response: Cleopatraa! I'm sorry that it took me so long to respond to this, but I'm doing some major exams at the minute, so I'm not around too much.

Well, basically, I came up with it in a fit of madness :P. I was writing an epilogue type thing for another fic and I quickly scrawled this is Alicia's job. Next thing I knew it was NaNo time and I wanted to join, but didn't have a plot - as you can see I may have failed NaNo, but I resurrected this!

Ah yes, Gwenog and Viktor. Two absolute, first-class nutcases. You might be glad to know that from Chapter Six onwards Gwenog will be in the picture a lot more, and Chapter Five will explain why ;). And yes, some people think Viktor is like the books and some people don't; all I really know is that he's brilliant fun to write! I'm glad you're enjoying reading about him ^_^.

Alicia's really grown on me and I can't help but agree with you in that I think she and Viktor would make one of the best dysfunctional couples going. They may even rival Igor and Cho.

An update is due in the next few days! It's all written out and I've just got to clean it all up. There shouldn't really be one, but I've been using it as a way to distract myself from all my exams in my free time :P. And I also love this banner! I picked it up over in UFG at tda and fell in love immediately ♥. I'm so pleased you think it fits!
