I like this story quite a bit. Interesting twist to the teen-pregnancy, which is a bit refreshing.

I like that Rose is very close with her family. It's unusual to see her close with James in a Next Gen fic, and that's pretty neat. :) I also love that Lily is willing to keep the secret as Rose figures out how to break the news. I would like to see Albus try to be supportive, even though he's bound to be upset. Even though he's a blabbermouth, Rose seems to think he's a good cousin all in all.

On the family front, I can't wait to read about Rose's telling everyone. I can't even begin to imagine it! I hope Scorpius is kind (at least somewhat) when she talks to him about the situation next. I hope their relationship grows from here on out.

As a side note, you might want to look into getting a beta. You have some grammatical issues (dealing with commas and tenses and such) that could be taken care of easily with a proofreader.

It's so brave of Rose to accept the rumours that could circulate about her just so that Scorpius isn't tragetted also.
I felt so bad for her in this chapter but I loved that she had Lily and James to talk to.
Her parents may go mental, yes. Uh oh.
