Review:Pia says:

I love the way you make the story flow, it's really impressive, it's like seeing a painting come to life.

You make the readers, well at least me,feel what the characters are feeling, Albus' pain and confusion, Rose's grief and disappointment and another thing: compassion! I just want to hold them and say that everything is going to be alright, poor kids! :(

After the last chapter, I knew Albus was really afraid of losing control but I didn't know how close he actually is from it,it seems to me that those Three Hopeless Words are destroying Albus' control, without Harry and without ansewers, everything is starting to seem really pointless to him.

It is just my impression or Albus is trying to justify his actions to Rose, to make her understand, to share is pain ? I know he would never do something like that sober but it seems to me that some repressed part of him is asking for help...the question is: will the not high Albus actually accept help to fix him?

It's interesting: the "in control" Albus was terrifying but this "not so in control" version of him, that seems more human, it's actually more dangerous because the purpose is fading and the bloodlust is getting stronger!

The flashbacks were awsome, little Al was so lovely and Harry seemed like a man with a plan, a very twisted plan but not exactly an evil one, I suppose...

Also, I love Scorpius and Hugo's bromance already maybe you could extend it to Rose but with a little less "bro" if you know what I mean? ;)

I've been thinking about what Scorpius said about Rose having a lot more power than what she thinks but instead of politics I thought about cults, she would be the ideal cult leader if she was into that sort of thing!

I loved the song that you posted with the chatper it remind me that this week while I waited anxiously for the chapter to be up (it took a lot of time, the people from this site don't seem to know that I'm adicted to this story haha) listen to a song that make me think of Albus, I don't know if you know it but just check "wrong" by Depeche mode.

Happy First Birtday!! Wishing you and this story all the best!! :)

Author's Response: Hey there Pia! Thanks so much for stopping by once again and the wonderful review. You have NO idea how much it means! :)

This story has progressively gotten more 'emotional', I think. I remember starting it off as a detached, scientific, objective things, and I suppose as 'Mr. Walker' gets more involved into the story, the more involved and emotional it gets.

Glad you noticed the two dichotomies of Albus - very much like the Other he faced in the Fear chapter. Agreed, there's the 'in control' Albus that is more cold and inhumane, but the 'not in control' Albus is actually more emotional...and dangerous for it. Kind of makes sense why he'd rather stay cold and detached doesn't it?

He's definitely going through a great deal of internal struggle in this chapter. But there's the pride factor; not sure Albus is willing to ask for help, or admit to something like that. But you never know!

AS always, I love your analyses and predictions! They make my day!

Oh yes, there will be romance in the future for both Rose and Scorp, (and Al as well, which is going to be the most interesting thing ever to write).

And politics! Politics coming up! the Rose being a cults leader comment made me laugh and you'll see why ;)

I youtubed the song and I definitely got the Albus vibe from it. I have a whole playlist of songs dedicated to him (and Rose too). Awesome someone shares my passion for creepy/cynical music!

As always, thank you VERY VERY much for this review :)
