I'm really enjoying this fic - I'm usually not so hot on reading second-person perspective but you carry it off really well. I'm loving the characterizations of all the Potter-Weasley clan - particularly James, Dominique and Louis. Molly's an interesting character, too - it's so easy to get carried away with next-gen characters, I think, so easy to make them all super-duper cheerful and bright and brilliant, so it's nice to come across a different type of character. James is absolutely perfect and almost exactly as I imagine him, and Dominique is brilliant, too, and very likable indeed.
This is all written really beautifully, and it flows so naturally, and I'm interested in the vast majority of the characters and where they're going. I really liked Madam Dagnell, as well - she's really well characterized and strong in the little bit she's in, and very funny. Overall, pretty much everything in this fic is strong, and cleverly written, and it's very...confident? Is that the right term, or does it make me sound like a plonker? Either way, it comes across as confident to me! Also, I love when people write about Molly - I think Percy's kids are sorely overlooked on occasion and I like them getting a good amount of attention!
Author's Response: Hey there! Thanks so much for stopping by again - and for following this all the way through! :)
I'm so glad you're enjoying this and that you think the second person works well. It's a really new thing for me, a sort of experiment, so I'm so glad to hear it's worked out reasonably well! :) Yeah, I like portraying them as a bit darker than in other stories, since it fits my things better as I tend to write darker stuff, and I'm glad you like them all!
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you like Madam Dagnell, too - she's not quite a major character, but she's definitely involved so I liked developing her more. Haha, nah, it's not that strange and thank you very much! I'm so glad you like that it's about Molly, because I definitely agree with you - Percy's kids are always less popular than the others, so I like bringing them to the fore! :)
Thank you so much for the lovely review! :)
