Oooh, I really liked this chapter - I love how things are getting so much more intense and dramatic with so much more tension, which makes for a really exciting read. I swear my eyes were growing larger with every sentence that I read.

Anyway, the thing the stuck out for me in this chapter was how much I love your portrayal of Dominique - she has so much fire (and a bit of a temper) which I think she gets from both her mother and father - she definitely has a bit of both Fleur and Bill in her, I think. And Teddy's generally calm and gentle personality balances her out really well - they seem perfect for each other.

I actually quite liked Wilson Young - he seemed like an honest sort of guy, but maybe he's just a good liar? Then again, maybe he really did just make a stupid, stupid mistake and wants to make up for it? Or maybe he's working for Delilah? Oh, I don't know! It's all so mysterious, and I love it! But I hope that he keeps his end of the bargain and speaks up for Dominique in court.

I also liked Julia - she seemed very natural and like a very good friend - something which Dominique definitely needs right now!

Ooh, that cliffhanger was great! I am both dreading and looking forward to seeing what's going to happen next - how will Delilah react, I wonder? Will she deny it? Get angry? Make threats? I guess I'll have to wait and see!

Author's Response: Hey! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

I am pleased you liked this chapter, and enjoyed all the drama.

It's so nice to hear that you like my portrayal of Dominique as characterisation is something I often worry about. I tried to show the bits of Bill and Fleur in her so I am glad you caught on to that. I love writing Dom/Teddy so I am happy you like their pairing, thanks.

Haha I am happy you have so many questions and you're enjoying the mystery of it all. Wilson is a pitiable character who is really lost in his life - as to whether he was honest or not, what he's thinking, we'll see more of it in the upcoming chapter.

Dom definitely needs a friend, and Julia is the perfect kind of person for her right now. I am glad you could see that.

Haha I do love cliffhangers and I am happy you liked them. I will update hopefully soon. Thanks again!
