I absolutely loved Harry and Sirius' reunion, it was just so perfect and heartwarming! :) They're just the best team, of course Harry would rather live in a cell with Sirius than a mansion with anybody else. I liked the mentions of the bad memories the Dementors gave to Harry.
Oh, Marlene... I still haven't quite forgiven her, so I think she's being a little... ugh, I don't know. I feel sorry for her, of course, but don't blame Sirius for the way he's treating her. He has to numb himself, and I think his reactions to Marlene were very believable.
Ah, who is Smoky?! The suspense is killing me! (Smoky WAS her name, right? On a side note, that's such a good name for a dog/wolf! :P). From this bit I thought she might be one of the trainee aurors, though I can't remember their names either really. I enjoyed the interactions with Greyback, and her anger yet strange interest in him. Though he's so creepy, it's almost comic, like when he smells his hand after touching her!
Looks like Umbridge is planning something, Sirius really can't catch a break! I wonder if his Occlumency Patronus thing will protect him against the kiss? Either way, I'm excited to see what happens as always, and still loving this story! :D
Author's Response: Thank you - I was grinning like mad while I wrote it. :) Of course he would - they're family. :) Poor Harry with the Dementors. :S I thought it was important to put in, though. :S
My own feelings are still a little bit cloudy where Marlene's concerned. I can't decide whether she's a good or bad character at this point, and it's making her difficult to write, haha. :P No, neither do I - at the moment, Sirius' priority is Harry first, and then himself, and mooning after Marlene would be stupid at this point. I'm glad you think so - I didn't want it to be over the top. :)
Haha, I still won't say - her identity will be revealed eventually, but I'm not sure when. :P Smoky's the name Remus and Matt gave her, so they could talk about her without calling her 'mystery girl'. :P Interesting theory, but I won't confirm it. It was the first time she ever speaks to him, and so - obviously - she loathes him, but she's probably also curious. I know - Greyback's a complete lunatic. :S
She is. :S No, poor Sirius. :S Perhaps... you'll find out in the next chapter. :)
I'll post on Sunday as usual. :) Yay! :D
Thank you so much for the review!
