OK, I'm back. *grins*

That's interesting - that the werewolf who attacked her had probably taken Wolfsbane. I assumed werewolves who lived outside society wouldn't, but then this is a generation later than canon, so Wolfsbane is likely to be more available at this point.

I really like the way you describe how she feels at the beginning of this chapter. It's very realistic and very descriptive. And you really capture the feeling of being unable to move.

I also like the way you address the issue of how Remus almost attacked Harry, Ron and Hermione. It sometimes gets glossed over and it's something that's bound to bother her here, even though it was a particular circumstance.

I wonder how come that werewolf did attack her if he had taken Wolfsbane.

I like the looks that pass between her family when they realise she doesn't know exactly what happened. Again, very realistic and well written.

On the whole, this is an excellent chapter. I can't find any flaws to point out at all.

Author's Response: Hey! I know I am awfully late with these responses but I have been super busy in Uni!

I am so glad you came back and actually read and reviewed all the chapters, it has made me so happy, thank you!

It is interesting, isn't it? ;) You'll know more of the details later. And yes, wolfsbane is more freely available in Next-Gen.

I am pleased you liked my exploring her feelings in the beginning, and you found it realistic.

Yeah I know, it is something glossed over quite often but I wanted to bring it to light, glad you liked that.

More on the werewolf and the attack will be revealed later.

It's a relief that you find the family interaction realistic.

No flaws? woohoo, thanks a ton!
