Review:rez says:
I just thought of something while reading this. Since Severus had seen peter at the death eater headquarters place, and he knows that Peter is a spy against the order, wouldn't he have told dumbledore? well, it's be pretty obvious that he wasn't spying for the order, because come on, it's Peter! and dumbledores a legilimens.. actually maybe that wouldn't work on Severus. But still! How has Peter not been found out yet?! Stupid rat ><

lovely chapter as always xx

Author's Response: Severus did not tell Dumbledore -- which is very odd to me, of course, but it's canon too. The reason I came up with for why Snape wouldn't have told Dumbledore that Peter was a spy for the Death Eaters is that he essentially wanted to keep the two halves of his life separate except in ways where it would affect Lily (and in this story, Beth). I do think Severus would have been a powerful-enough Occlumens to resist even Dumbledore, though. :)

Stupid rat indeed! ♥ Thank you again for another lovely review!
