Hey Ral! Apologises in advance for my no doubt typo ridden review, I'm doing it on my phone :/

I can't tell you how pleased I was to see this was about the Black family, I've always loved them, as they're so fascinating and complex. I really liked how you explored Andromeda and bellatrix's relationship, as I always imagined them to be close do it was nice to see it done here. I was glad that you chose to make bellatrix feel emotion towards her leaving as that's more realistic.

I really liked how you showed bellatrix's and Rodolphus' early courtship as it was rather sweet and innocent and different to what it becomes later on. I thought it was really interesting that he was the one who introduced her to Voldemort and the best has to be her saying how very muggle he was!

I liked that she viewed him with disdain at first and was rather impertinent towards him, it was so unexpected for her to be like that, yet so fitting too. I liked the instant connection they had, as it shows where her obsession she had with him later on may have stemmed from.

It wad almost scary to see her quickly she went over to his side, and how dedicated she was to him. You could see why she would would do that by tying it in with Andromeda.

Overall I thought it was q very thought provoking one shot, and I'm glad I clicked on the link ;)

Author's Response: Thank you so much for being the first to review!

Bellatrix just wants to get revenge for the shame her sister brought on the family. A bit far from the blood thirsty psycho she becomes. But more on that in later chapters. Right now, she wants power and he saw that, he saw that she was not easily impressed and wanted to show her that he wasn't a "Muggle" like she thought.

Thank you so much for reading!
