Author's Response: The Fred and George switching was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment. They physically switched places while embracing each other (when Molly was looking on at them through her window). There was a very subtle change in attitude while he was flying back, since secretly it was a different person, and then finally he tapped his lack-of-ear and said it had been blown off by a greasy-haired git. XD Oh, George. ♥

You're correct, the Potters are waiting for Harry. :) Lily may be out of the Duels now, but she's still hell-bent on seeing him someday. They're going to wait quietly and patiently for him to arrive.
