Hey, Jami! So, I picked this story because I've already read Casualties of War and I've been meaning to read Before they Fall for so long now!

Anyway, I was not expecting the end. I figured because of the chapter title and the beginning, it'd be all about Sirius, then BAM, Lily comes, grieving and with such sad news. I didn't think her parents would be dead. I know we don't know when they die (since we can assume they do as Harry as no other relatives), but it's just heartbreaking to lose them so young, like while still in school. I was so glad Sirius found her and James was there to hug her.

I love the protective nature William and Olivia has of Sirius. I really gives more of a picture of how close he and James are, as well as he and James' parents, since they take him in and all. I was surprised that she knew about Regulus.

This was a really great start. I'll be adding this to my favorites, so I can read more soon. :)

I'm happy I could surprise you with the end! And it's definitely good Sirius found her, though you might not be getting the whole story of just how for a few more chapters. *insert sneaky ninja face*.
