Review:Courtney Dark says:
What a lovely chapter-short and sweet and so emotional!

I love the fact that you were able to squeeze so many emotions-everything that Brienne was feeling into such a small amount of time! And I also love the fact that this chapter is entirely made up of her feelings and emotions, and doesn't include any dialogue. That must have been hard to do correctly but you certainly pulled it off!

You wrote this chapter so well that when I read the descriptions such as 'Nausea churned in her stomach, and her sandwich dinner felt like it wanted to make a reappearance' and 'Her dark blue eyes looked tired, her hair hung, greasier than when she had last checked, her skin pale and clammy' I actually found myself feeling a little sick-of course, this could just be the fact that I am beyond tired right now and my stomach is practically exploding out of my stomach but you know. Technicalities. And I probably just gave you way too much information, didn't I?

The emotions in this chapter were so unbelievably real and believable that I felt all of Brienne's pain, and felt as though I were in her shoes. And the whole business with the photograph is very frightening. I am asking more questions than ever-why did this mystery killer take her photograph? Were they after Brienne's mother...or Brienne herself? And why are they after Brienne now? It's all very mysterious and suspenseful and I can't wait to find out more!

I absolutely loved the paragraph that began with: 'She noticed that her hands were shaking again' as it conveyed perfectly what was clearly circling Brienne's mind-but the whole flow of this chapter was lovely! I am also so glad that Brienne has finally admitted to herself that she does have feelings for George, and I can't wait to see what happens when she returns to Hogwarts.

I thought the end to this chapter, with Brienne holding her mother's wand was very fitting, and tied up everything nicely. It also reinforced just how much Brienne really misses her mother, and I was reminded of how much she has been through.

Author's Response: Hi! Yeah, if the last chapter was an information overload, than this was an emotional overload xD

I'm so glad you liked it. I had a mini crisis about this chapter, thinking it was too short and that it wasn't important enough because there's no dialogue.

It is important though, for readers to understand how Brienne feels. It would be worse than awful if everyone thought she was just taking this in her stride.

Yes, Brienne knows she likes George xD But just what will she do about it?

Thank you again for your lovely reviews!
