Close enough to what I asked for, thanks for the cliche-ish happy ending. I'm not sure, but I might be a tad bit too cynical to believe in perfect endings --- and this wasn't exactly a happy ending, per say, but they still love each other, so I'm good. Brilliant story, by the way. I loved the length and how you take us from 5th year till graduation+beyond. As well as the plot, which kinda goes along with time-frame. Also, keeping it pretty much cannon was awesome, but, as you said, J.K.Rowling didn't say it didn't happen haha. Thanks for writing (:

Author's Response: No, not a happy ending, but they did still love each other and that's kind of what you asked for from memory. Glad you liked it. And thanks for understanding why I started in fifth year, because I know it was a bit slow then but I also wanted to really establish everyone's starting points, because without that Laura's behaviour in the later years doesn't make as much sense. Thanks for your reviews, I have enjoyed reading (and responding to) them.
