I like Jack a lot, I am hoping he will become a lurve interest, yes? I get what you mean about Ellie- obviously, Lily isn't with Ellie all the time so we don't see/hear about her a lot. This way of looking at it has really grown on me- I think it's a great idea to explore an illness like this from a "loved one"'s experience as most stories are told from the victim, yes?

I'm enjoying it so far, gotta say. Looking forward to seeing more of Jack and hopefully he'll "cure" Lily in a way. And ugh, I hate Samantha. Bi- I mean, poop head...

I like Jack too. Not saying :) Don't want to give anything away or spoil it for anyone! I think we hear enough about Ellie- don't we? Because she's barely talked about her brothers, and they left Hogwarts after Ellie. They're a more recent loss. Ooh, I'm glad you like it! To be honest, I've never been a victim of any ill health, but I've seen so much of it. Sitting on the sidelines, I've found, can affect everything you do for the rest of your life, and I guess this story is a reflection of that. Suffering isn't necessarily being the one in pain.
(I like that quote. I might use that in the story.)
Glad you like it. :) I like the way you phrased that. That's an awesome way of looking at it. To be honest, I don't dislike Sammy too much... she seems like a victim of circumstances to me...
