Once again, the tension is building in a slow but well paced manner. Hard to believe Malfoy here, but then again, can't help but wonder how much his own agenda is driving this?
And the ending was just smashing - Polyjuice of the Dead. Urgh...as if it couldn't get any creepier!

Author's Response: I think maybe this story was a /bit/ slower than I might have otherwise liked, but I'm pleased with how it's turned out overall, and it's really great to hear that you appear to feel the same way. And again -- it might not be a terrible idea to keep an eye on Malfoy, but then again, you might not need to. Only time will tell! Polyjuice of the Dead indeed...
