Fred and Jade are too adorable.. I'm curious about this Nott character, is he ever developed, or does he just remain an insufferable prick throughout the story? He makes me mad, but in a good way. I'm also curious about Jade/Draco.. I know you said you'll be developing that in this story- so excited! I'm also curious about how this whole "befriend Potter" thing will go, and what their dynamic will be like, as 2 strong characters that are not as different as they think they are... I guess it's hard though, because Harry hates Draco and Snape, and they're 2 very important people to Jade. I'm also curious if Jade ever finds out that Snape loved Lily, and what she would think of that. Will we ever find out why Snape helps Jade, (like, we know the reason he helps Harry, but I'm curious what made him and jade so close) and the extent of this connection between them? I'm still worried whether or not Fred is going to die.. I know, you can't disclose. Anyways.. this review is way longer than I meant for it to be, just wanted you to know that I love your story and I think it's brill- been reading since you first posted year 3. Jade is very dynamic, you've developed her well, and it all fits with the original books, even though I know you'll eventually sway more to an alternate world. Thanks for a great read!

Author's Response: Nott is, he's not going to follow a Draco path where he gets a bit of redemption. He's a jerk, he'll always be a jerk and a self centered arrogant git. There will be more of him. In this story and the next.
Jade and Harry, while similar in some ideas (saving people over themselves) are different in what they view as acceptable. And yes, Snape would be a huge hurdle for them, unless Harry saw another side of Snape and understood why he mattered so much to Jade (spoilers D:!!)
Jade/Snape is coming. It really is. Christmas you will know about Snape and Draco.
And as for who dies and who lives, everybody is fair game. Fred, Draco, Jade, and even the trio. However, you might have picked up on who NEEDS to die.
