Wow, another chapter already! I am so excited.
First, Miranda. I've had it with her. Seriously, dude, I'd have AK'd her by now. When I was in school, I had a mean little sister, and she handled ALL the girl problems-for everyone. Miranda would have had a serious beating by now, if Sis were in your story! :)) I sort of do have a problem tho, that no teacher has noticed what a b*tch she is. And the 'word'? What 'word' did Danny-boy use?! I am reminded of Ralphie from the film "A Christmas Story". I like the smoke bomb/percussion attack. Sounds like how Miranda attacked Scorpius. And only Xan could smile and get all happy about lecturing about genetics. Hate to say it, but I was one of those kids. I had a thought when he was talking- "You CANNOT stop the Weasley-Y gene! It will conquer the world!" The black swan, I think, came from there.
I do hope Dan gets to go home for Christmas and find his friend. Wouldn't it be a hoot if he smuggled him in, in a suitcase?! Anyway, excellent read - as always.

Author's Response: Well, not sure there are many words that you can't use on HPFF with an M-rating so that narrows things down a little.

We need Miranda, who else would everyone take their anger out on? As for teachers, I'm pretty sure they know full well exactly what kind of person she is. Sadly mind-altering is beyond us right now...
