Hi! Tag! Sorry again for not posting this earlier, I don't know if it's part of the current archive issues...

Anyway, this chapter is just as good as the first. You had me wondering the whole way through why Ginny wasn't responding, and I was thinking that perhaps she was too ill or something to speak, but only when Harry started crying did I realise that she was dead! It still throws up some questions- what exactly happened to her? What couldn't Harry protect her from?

But it does answer some questions too, like the families and the grandkids. I've never read a story with Harry this old before, I've never encountered him having grandchildren. It's very original!

Everything technical is great too, no spelling or grammar mistakes, it all flowed really well and was easy to read.

I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. Those are the questions that I hoped people would ask after reading this. Some of them are answered over the next two chapters and others much farther into the story. Ginny's death is one of the central mysteries of CoB.

I thought this would be an interesting era to write in because it gives all of the canon characters, including the Next Gen ones, a chance to really participate in the action.
