Hey there. Thanks for joining my challenge! I'm very happy I had the chance of reading your thoughts on this matter. I really enjoyed it.

Whew...this was really emotional for me. It addressed two major conflicting feelings I have for Snape: the loving, warm feeling because he was courageous and persisting, that he protected regardless of his reasons and the more spiteful feeling that he could have done other things so much better. He didn't have to treat all those children so bad. He didn't have to take every opportunity he had to make Harry feel like nothing, to insult his father. I can understand why he wasn't capable of being kinder but I still can't help but feel that he was too unfair and unjust with a lot of people for no real reason.

What I enjoyed best about your story is George's turn of feelings at the end. It really felt like closure to him, being finally able to think differently about Snape's actions. He really needed that. he needed to forgive Snape in order to go on with his life. One of my favourite scenes was the one where Fred II thanks "Mr Snape" for helping the others during the war. That was an achingly beautiful moment to imagine and it just captured the essence of the story: forgiveness. Kudos for such a great story!
