I really can't believe she slept with him! I wonder if she does this a lot...it sounds like she might because she did it with Matt too.
And who's Ian?? Obviously an ex, but was he magical? Surely he wasn't the reason she left the magical world...could one person make you do that? I think I'm getting ahead of myself considering I don't even know if he's a wizard but I feel like he's going to be a wizard.
Louis was right about her being quick to judge. And he doesn't seem too bad, but doubt he's any sort of angel because despite what he said he did get her drunk and sleep with her. And it was obvious that he wanted that to happen. I could be wrong, but it seems like he would do something sort of sly like that. Though I do believe he wanted to get to know her.
And though Ava was quick to judge, Louis didn't have a good reason for being a "prick". He said his response was the better option, but he could've replied with a firm, direct no. Or any other cold response. Mocking wasn't necessary, I don't think. It rarely is.
But I still kind of like him. He seemed a lot better this chapter than last and I expect as we get to know him better we'll see more of his good qualities :)

And I wonder how Matt will react to finding out they slept together? (If he does.)

Exactly. She's very judgmental and prejudiced, and he doesn't like that. He really isn't a bad guy, despite certain events that transpired. But yeah, believe me, he's not horrible. And he really didn't mean for it to happen. Blame it on the alcohol.
Again, correct. She did judge him, but she was kind of right. At least, she /was/ right. People change, even if it doesn't seem likely that they ever will.
As you get to know him, I think you'll find that he keeps getting better. Remember, we're learning about him through Ava's eyes, so obviously he's going to seem bad at first ;)
