i think he's finally seeing why some of his family and friends are saying that this whole issue with Carlotta was very dangerous and not good.
they're "not" in a serious relationship and if they dont keep in touch, then Carlotta can't know about the Wizarding world. but the whole idea about wiping her memories!!!

i think the fact that Carlotta "seems" bored of James is what bothered him, rather than the worying idea that he would need to wipe her memory if they didn't keep in touch.

i dunno. it DOES seem confusing that Carlotta forgot all of a sudden, especially when she was really excited before.
but then again, im getting the feeling that just like how James didn't tell Carlotta why the Potters and Weasleys are super famous, there is something that Carlotta isn't telling James.
It might not have anything to do with her missing this Harpies match but I still can't get that nagging feeling away from my mind that there is something going on with Carlotta that James doesn't know.

*SIGH* James is getting so attached to Carlotta and yet he completely doesn't know it.
I wonder if Ginny noticed, how James had his worst game of the season during the one time that Carlotta forgot that he had a game today.
Honestly, James. I hope he gets over this relationship-phobia and this love-phobia so he can realize that he isn't going to shelve Carlotta like Cassie Lynch or Allegra or any of those other girls.

Author's Response: James always knew the risks on a subliminal level, but didn't really think it would be a problem - or at least, he tried to tell himself that it wouldn't be a problem! It's becoming a bit more of an issue now, so he can't hide from it for much longer. He IS concerned about the possibility of having to wipe her memories, but certainly the fear that she is getting bored of him is a bit of a blow to his ego too. He does most definitely have some learning and developing to do because he lets other stuff run his life at the moment, rather than running it himself.

Carlotta ... isn't all that she seems. I'll give you that one for free. I will say no more though! I've probably already said too much. But rest assured, there is a LOT more to come.

Also, thank you so so much for my Dobby nomination! I only noticed it the other day, and I got really excited about it, haha. And also, thank you very much for your general support because I really appreciate it :) Cheers for reviewing!
