Honestly, though, the end of this chapter was just an onslaught of adorable Al/Jan ineraction. I just couldn't take it. It was especially potent when you think about the fact that Jan and Al were having a fight in the beginnings of this chapter.

I love that even though James isn't at Hogwarts anymore, he still manages to drag Al and Jan into his mess (no pun intended). And it's funny that even though James isn't at Hogwarts anymore, Jan and Al still manage to attend his every bidding. How did they get out of Hogwarts? You can't Apparate inside Hogwarts, you know. Also, I loved that James knew they'd try to crash his car. Pranksters and troublemakers always know when people will try to prank them.

Poor Jan! Her dad has cancer again! I didn't know that he had cancer the first time, but I like how you sneak in little facts about Jan, Al, and their relationship that way. It makes it interesting instead of you just listing facts like there's no tomorrow.

Oh yes, I just remembered, cuteness overlaod at the beginning of the chapter as well. I couldn't function correctly for a good 5 minutes. Thanks, Helen :P
