Hi Kira,

I don't know if I've ever reviewed this story, but I've been following it, and just now found time to read these last few chapters. I'm going to review the one with the play here in a minute (because it was just so precious), but I just have to talk about this ending first.

It was just beautiful. Everything came together for Hugo in the sweetest way, and it was great to see. I've grown to love Hugo so much because he reminds me of myself. And I'm sure a lot of your readers can relate to him too. So I was happy to see everything going so well for him. And the best part was that he accomplished it all by finding his true self instead of trying to change for other people. That message of self-discovery and acceptance is just a great one to send, and I think it will give so many people hope.

And the scene with Hugo and Ron! I cried. And I have NEVER cried while reading a story on this site. That scene just tugged at me so much; it was beautifully done, and so charged with emotion.

You've done something really special with this story, and I just wanted to thank you for it. It has a great cast of characters (led by the adorable Hugo Weasley), and it sends a wonderful message. I could go on and on, but I'll just end by saying I think you should be really proud of this novel. I've loved following Hugo on his journey :)

Author's Response: Yay! Thank you again!!! The ending for Hugo has existed from the very beginning in my mind, and I always knew how the conversation between Hugo and Ron would go. I always knew that they had much more in common than they understood, and I've always found father/son relationships really fascinating to write. I always try to write stories with strong messages and, though at times it seems like I'm beating people over the head with it, I just like them to come through. The goal was to give people hope and to realize that they are great just the way they are. I am proud of this story but, just as with Hugo, it always helps me to actually hear it from someone else. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!
