Wow! This was such and angst-y first chapter, but not the kind of angst one would expect from Bellatrix.

I'm really interested as to what you'll do with her character. The introduction on top implies she's still not the psychopath that killed her cousin and laughed about it, so I really what to know when that transformation happened. I like that even though she seems to be the saner and kinder in in her family, she still has this vision of 'mudbloods' that disgusts her.

And her mother's and sister's portrayal was really intriguing. Narcissa seems to have been mean since the beginning, and her mother definitely is twisted. I wonder why they hate her so much, it's something really paining to read and the apple touch is so macabre. *shudder*

I can't wait to see how the Snow White tale stays in Bella's complex life and how she changes!
Oh, and by the way, I really enjoyed the descriptions of misery and everything ;)

Author's Response: Thank you, thank you! I love angst, even though I'm not always one-hundred percent comfortable with it. Sometimes I'm worried that someone will think I'm insane O.o

I have every intention of continuing this, and further explore the characters and the plot I've thrust them into!
