This is really good so far! One thing that confuses me is the skipping around. There aren't transitions between scenes and explanations of how/why thing happened - like missing the train. That leaves me confused. Times passes really fast and nothing seems connected. I wish there was more of a flow of everything. I also kind of wish that there was some character development happening - some of the reactions to simple things seemed really dramatic. For example, when Cameron started talking to Gemma, Gemma turned to Lucy "with pain in her eyes" and Lucy's "heart sank." That seems a bit much for a little crush, no?

Other than that, I like this story a lot! :) Lucy seems pretty fun, and the boys/friends are pretty cool from what little I've seen of them. Annaliese and William made me smile - future boy/girlfriend, anyone? :)

Can't wait for next chapter! See you then.

Author's Response: Why, thank you! Yes, I /do/ need to work on my transitions, don't I? I'll definitely try to improve on that, and I'll probably end up discussing that later with my beta. They are way too dramatic, I'll have to work on that as well, so thanks for pointing it out :) It's always nice to receive a review that likes the story but all the same has something to point out.

I love writing Lucy and the others, they /are/ a lot of fun to write, and Annalise and William were adorable as heck - they'll definitely pop up again sometime soon, and hey, you never know for the future ;)
