First of all, hahahahaha. I would've just loved to have seen Draco's face when Blaise made that little announcement. It's not something you really want people telling your parents, it it? A lot more quick thinking and smooth talking in this chapter, which was good.
It stills feels like typical 19th century sort of time, where a child could bring shame on the whole family and lead to them being ostracised from society. It's kind of funny how desperate Astoria's father gets. And speaking of her father, what a pleasant job it is that does, I see. I was right! He sounds simply charming.
I wasn't at all sure what to expect from this story when I started reading, but I am really enjoying it so far. It's very clever and well thought out.

Gasp! One hundred? That explains all the trumpets and the dancing girls with balloons! They're getting confetti everywhere! :o
Draco got what he deserved and it was just too hilarious because it was Blaise who did it and there was no way he could deny it! Mwhahah.
I did base alot of this world on that sort of history, I wanted it to feel like something not of our understanding. At least, not anymore anyway. Astoria's father is not charming! I'm not sure if you were being sarcastic or not (Which is hilarious btw) but he is not a pleasant person. Actually, no one in that family is...
I hope you continue on with this, I tried my hardest and got stuck a few times! You can totally tell me what you think, I'll try not to cry if you hate it...hahahaha. Anyway, thanks for stopping by with this amazing review!
