I think I'm going to die. She was happy with James, wasn't she, despite not wanting to 'burden him'? And now that git, Vivian has ruined it. I hate her. Seriously. Argh. I'm like, dying.

And Lena! I know she won't stop immediately, but now I want her too. Argh. And she needs to stop being so bloody selfless!

Scorpius should have gone with her, 'cause then he'd be there to stop The Git, and she wouldn't have cut herself because of it! Yes, he has a life of his own, and I know he was distracting Rose, wasn't he, he with the picnic? But come on.

James was really cute in this chapter! I'm like, dead worried what his reaction is going to be when he finds out 'cause of how he treats her and everything. I don't think he'll get it, you know?

Unexpected? Does someone find out? Does Lena get with someone else? And James catches them? Does James get found kissing The Git?! Ohmygod. Ohmygod.

Author's Response: Lena: Ah. My sweet Lena. I love her so, and she really is happy with James, but what the git said, it really hit her. All of her fears, insecurities, they just blew up all at once. If you will, it was like she was swinging high above the skyline for a while, and then the swing broke, and she was brought back down to reality.

I wish she could stop too. I hate writing it, but you can't stop all at once. She'll need help, and people are eventually going to find out. She's going to need them. She can't do it all on her own.

Rose: Darling Rose. She's a bit too smart for her own good.

Scorp: He's one of my favourite, but I don't condone his actions right now. Let me just say if Lena is being selfless, he's being selfish. As I said he's a favourite, but I start to hate him in the next few chapters.

James: I don't think James takes really anything seriously, its all bit of a joke with him. Don't get me wrong, I know he can be serious. (it is his middle name after all!) I'm just not certain he's truly "grown up" yet. And why should he? His parents/aunts/uncles/other extended family, fought and died so he wouldn't age before his time. So he could be young. I might be a bit forward and say that I think when he finds out it'll be a bit of a shock, and might force him into that "adult" role he's avoided for a while now.

The next chapter is in validation right now, and I'll have a James POV right after that! I promise!
