Grammar/Spelling: The only thing I want to mention here is the word "apparation" which you spelled "apparition." It's a common error, but the misspelling makes it a complete different word. Thought you ought to know. :]

Characterization: Hmm. I liked Hermione in this chapter insomuch as she is obviously curious, but she's not blatantly obnoxious about it. I'm glad she's noticing that Draco's changing. And speaking of Draco-dear, he's quite good! I'm glad he's not a sniveling, obnoxious whiner. I hate when people go too far down that path. :P

Descriptions: Hm. I think the Room of Requirement could have stood to have more description, but other than that, great job.

Emotions: I don't know if Hermione really would have gotten over Ron so quickly...that seems a little bit out of character. But, other than that, the emotions seemed proper. I'm surprised Draco wasn't more upset to see that she was following him. I would have thought he would FREAK OUT. Hm.

Plot: Woooh! Things are evolving. That's always exciting. I like it. The only part of the plot that didn't quite make sense--it's told in third person limited POV, but when Hermione is in the Great Hall watching Draco at dinner, she somehow knows that he's "telling his friends that he's going back to the common room and not accepting any complaints." But she couldn't have known that from across the Hall.

Interactions: Again, I'm surprised Draco and Hermione got along so well in the Room of Requirement. I thought he would be angrier, or she would be more afraid. I don't know if I buy how things really played out.

Author's Response: I guess I didn't really explain that part right when she knows that he is telling his friends that he is leaving... Basically she sees his actions and deduces that this is whats going on.. maybe in an edit sometime I will try to explain that bit better. I will also try to work harder on the reactions in the RoR when/if I decide to edit this piece. Thank you so much for the great review and awesome advice.
