I really liked this chapter! I love the interaction between Hugo and Dimitri. It flowed really well but it wasn't just that, the way Hugo trusts him was very believable. I understand why he wouldn't want to go to his parents but he has no options. I feel like he won't be able to tell him because something is going to happen with the first transformation...maybe? It's a theory in my head because those other wolves are looking for him. Unless Dimitri can somehow keep Hugo safe during the transformation but I don't see him doing that or being able to do that. It takes so much work for him to get out of his house. I see him getting disowned or outcastes if he continues to talk to Hugo. How sad!

Author's Response: Yeah, Hugo needs someone to trust and help him and, right now, he believes that to be Dimitri. He was there when it happened, he could have left him or told someone, but instead he helped him. So Hugo is grateful for that, thinks he can trust him because of it.

That would be very sad if any of that happened to Dimitri. I can gladly tell you he won't, but there are consequences...
