Hello there! This is DarkRose from the forums here to review for you! I'm really excited that you've updated. :D So, let's go over things:

Characterization: Well, Hermione's back to life and surprisingly obnoxious in my eyes. I like the new take you've given her--being the MOST closed-minded, rather than the least. It's a very interesting switch. And Draco's great. I love that he isn't perfect. He still loses his patience, but he IS trying. And I like that he's the one trying to get HER to talk to him, instead of the other way around. That's new and unique and I like it a lot.

Descriptions: I think you covered their emotions well and gave enough physical description to be realistic. Good job. :]

Emotions: These were awesome. I like how frustrated Hermione is. It's very believable. I wish she would be nicer to Draco and give him more credit though. Ugh. And he's moving along really nicely. I like that I can see his progression as he tries so hard to get her to accept him.

Plot: Ah! I just want them to get along! Hermione is making me so angry! This was quite a good chapter, plot-wise. I was a little confused why they fought over him apologizing for not saving Ron, though. That seems like a normal thing to apologize for...why did Hermione freak out? Just because he brought Ron up at all? And it's SO obvious that Jack is fond of Draco! I was really annoyed that Hermione would imply that Jack doesn't need him. Ugh.

Interactions: Dynamic. Dramatic. Very good.

Style: Wonderful job, as always.

Pacing: You're moving things along at a very good pace. I'm glad that they aren't instantly in love. That's never believable. Of course I want them to get together, but I can be patient. :]

So, great job! I'll read the next chapter ASAP!

Author's Response: Hermione freaked out over Draco apologizing for not getting Ron because he was being mean about it in his tone, instead of at least sounding apologetic. Draco was being a right (blank) about that night because he was mad at Hermione's own (blank)ness.

Hermione can't be wonderful right now because she's still in her awful mode though coming up from it!
