I really enjoyed this chapter - especially all the action with Hermione following Draco into the Room of Requirement. I loved that apple bit, especially how Draco kind of gives it to her! And I really liked their conversation and Hermione's realisation that he was changing "though at the moment I wasn’t sure whether the change would be for good or bad."

All in all, I feel like this was a better chapter than the others, and that from here it seems to be getting more interesting with more interaction and development in plot and character. I think that this is a well written story so far - but sometimes it sounds like a retelling of canon and I personally think that a bit more could be done to make it more interesting and engaging. But it's great so far :)

I'm trying very hard to keep it canon so in ways it will be a retelling so to speak but not at the same time! I'm really glad you are enjoying this!
