Getting more interesting! I really liked that interaction again in the library - and both characters still seemed to be quite canon. I was genuinely surprised by the Lavender/Romilda little argument, and even more surprised when Ron actually muttered Lavender! That was quite a plot twist!

I loved this line, " I had thought for so many years that it would be natural progression for the two of us to fall in love but maybe I had never been in love with him, but in love with the idea of loving him." it really sounds like Hermione, and I feel like this level of thought/feeling should be conveyed more often. :)

Author's Response: Yes here is where I start to leave canon a bit but not much so that ron and Lavender will still remain an item after they would have been over in the series! I'm so glad that you liked that particular bit of the story! Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!
