They way you've written you characters is absolutely compelling.Snape particularly interests me, and I don't know why.

It's great that the dialogue and imagery worked for you, and that everything flowed well. I work very hard on my characterization, as I've probably told you before, and so it's definitely a compliment to hear that you like that as well. It's funny that you mention Snape, because I think I've worked the hardest on him here; I wanted to challenge myself to tease out his less appealing qualities and the extremes of his obsession with Lily because I find that I tend to focus a little too much on the good traits that he possesses.

You're very sweet, as always, and it really means a lot to hear that. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you return to read more :)
