Hey there! I'm here from the Slytherin review tag.

First off, I am a big Snape/Lily fan, though I've never written one myself. You did a great job here at working the pairing into canon. You've also done a great job showing Snape's pain, and describing the venom moving through his body - it's something that's easy to overdo, and I, at least, find writing a character's dying moments one of the hardest things to do. You did a great job at showing the common theory of life flashing before your eyes before you die. The fact that Snape was thinking about Lily, well, it shows how much he loved her.

That's something that's true in canon, and you've done a great job at elaborating on what JKR told us about Snape's feelings for Lily. My favourite line was:

"I couldn't think of her as Lily Potter - that hurt way to much."

It's so simple, yet it speaks volumes about Snape's relationship with her. He wouldn't have approached her much after she was married, because it would have been too hard to ignore the fact that she was with James, not him. In that one line, you've captured so much of what makes Snape himself, and his attitude towards Lily.
