Back for chapter 3!

It was nice to see some more of Regulus here. We can see how he maintains the pureblood prejudices of his family, but he isn't as malicious about it as the Death Eaters are. The events around him really seem to be shaping why he ended up on the path that he did. It's easy to see how the struggle of being in Sirius' shadow and wanting to impress his family and friends could lead him towards the dark side, but we can also see how he would be revolted when he doscovers just how much senseless killing there is.

I see you couldn't resist adding some Snily in there:) It's interesting how the different story lines will inevitably merge togther, and what role Snape will play in it.

I think the attention to detail in describing the settings, daily events, and appearance of minor character slike Slughorn are what really sets this story apart.

Yes, he's a complex little guy, or so I hope. I'm glad that the pressures around him are tangible for you, and that I've done well with trying to set up his (quite unenviable) fate.

Oh, of course not! ;) The storylines begin to merge in the next chapter, and I'll try my best to be thorough in tying up the ends in the chapters to come.

I've been told that attention to detail is one of my strengths, so it's great to see that worked for you. I'm quite flattered!
