Review:VampireMaidenPhoenix says:
Ooooh yay! I think I might end up going through both of the Midnight stories tonight, I love this particular Rosius pairing so much. Yes, Rosius is an odd term, but "Scorpius" is too much of a mouthful honestly, to say Rose/Scorpius. Not to mention the letters while typing. I digress. Just strange ramblings from a strange girl.

ANYWAY.

With Scorpius's personality, his appreciation for the loud boisterous Weasley company -- given that his purpose in life now is to basically be Rose, the walking disaster's safeguard -- is totally spot-on I'd think. And it is so adorable and slightly moving how he opens this jumper, almost reverently or something. I kind of felt his emotions right then, kind of like that "omg I don't want to assume because then I'll look like a stupid person" sort of way when you're expecting something but know full well that you don't have a right to expect it. But ten years... Dang on, Mrs. Weasley! But I suppose if she was waiting for him to "become family"... Ah I dunno.

Again, long story short, I loved it.

Author's Response: Well, remember those ten years start at age 16. And he *is* a Malfoy. His aunt tried to kill various members of the Weasley family, and his parents were directly involved in the battle that killed Fred Weasley. That's a lot for a family to overcome and accept him, you know? I actually tend to think in real life this could never play out. But I like them together at this point, at least the way I write them, so I try to make it work.

Anyway :p Yes that's totally the feeling - don't want to assume and then be wrong. But fortunately he's finally got a sweater and can join the family now :D Thank you so much for reviewing, I'm really glad you liked the story!
