Ooh, such a strong ending! I love a good cliff-hanger, and you really left me wanting to know what happens next. "mysin" Nothing immediately comes to mind, but I'm sure there's some clever little puzzle or play on words here that I'm just missing.

I did notice two typos that I thought I'd point out:

- "Still, he had hungered to belong, to have someone to confine in," - confide

- "I am sure by now you have heard by now that there have been another three deaths" - "by now" used twice.

Other than that, this was very well written. I loved the way you handled the opening scene. It took me a moment to recall how the last chapter ended, so for a second I wasn't sure who Godric was puckering up to. Then it all came back and the whole thing made sense. It was a very physical, earthy description. You're good at those.

I love what you're doing to poor Hermione where Godric's physicality is concerned. You make her sound like a very lonely woman, which I suppose she is after so many years of pouring herself into her studies. And Godric, well, it goes without saying after being trapped in a mirror for over a millennium...

I like your invention of the postal patronus. That will come in very handy. Can't wait to see Harry in action!

Author's Response: I am so glad that you pointed out those typos I obviously didn't catch them when I read over the chapter before posting it.
"mysin" is a little play on words, my sin, get it. It will make more sense as the story goes along, but I thought it was kinda cute.
The idea for the postal patronus came from the that I wanted her to send a message to Harry, but since her owl hadn't returned I had to come up with something else. It seemed like the best option.
I feel that descriptions are my strong suit when it comes to any story that I write or beta. I am so glad that you are enjoying the story and thank you for the review.
