Can i just say, this story is one of my all time favorites. It was so interesting to witness everything from someone else's point of view, other than lily or one of the marauders! Sirius is my favorite character, and this is just amazing for sharing things that could have made him happy, there is so much more to Sirius than a broken middle aged man, and HTM and these one shots highlight all of the reasons for him being like that. This last chapter was so perfect and you were right it definitely was a happy ending! I have loved every minute reading your fan fiction, and I'll never forget it!

Author's Response: Why thank you! That is exactly what I wanted to do in writing this story - show a side of Sirius that we never saw, and make him happy for at least a little while, because we never saw him happy in the canon. Yet, there had to be a reason for him being like he was, and if this story helped give that reason then I'm really pleased. Thanks again, and I really appreciate the review.
