Wow! First, I have to say that I got quite interested in the story when I read the summary. I don't really remember reading any Bill/Fleur, other stories about other people where they make short appearances as a couple. Maybe I've come across something sometime, but not that I remember really. Anyway, I like the story idea. Then I must say I was a little disappointed when I saw that the first chapter was going to be some sort of recap of the end of the triwizard cup. But I shouldn't have, because once I started reading I was hooked. You really pulled me into the story and I loved reading about the last task from Fleur's point of view. Her confusion, anger and at last fear was tangible. I also really like how you write Fleur. You make her likeable and you make it easy to understand her motives and feelings. There is so much unlikable Fleur in fanfiction already, but yours like I said doesn't belong to that cathegory.

Then the end was sort of haunting, well as it was haunting for Fleur. I like it that you got the beginning of becoming close to the Order already here. It makes sense. So all in all a very good first chapter, which really makes me want to see how it continues. :)

Author's Response: One of the reasons I wrote this was because I so wanted to find out what happened to Bill and Fleur; nobody EVER seems to write them! And yeah, I know it was just a relatively boring prologue - but I wanted Fleur to start at the beginning of her journey to Bill, and I thought that was where it was; I'm so glad you were hooked! I really wanted to put readers in her place, because it's so crazy when you're not in the centre of it all, like Harry was. And thankyou; she's far too often cliched into being some evil mother!
