Oh this was just beautiful! I think you captured the feelings George would be having so perfectly, I thoroughlly enjoyed this! Ilove how descriptive your writing is, and this flowed absolutly perfectly. You brought out a very beautiful emotion of George's, and wrote it so well.
I had the same feeling about Snape when I first read DH; "wait, so... I shouldn't hate him? *five seconds later* He's a hero!!". So I loved how you put that in perspective of George, and his (at first) refusal to accept Snape as a hero.

Oh and little Freddie! God he was just the most adorable thing. I'm not really the best judge when it comes to kids, but I think you captured the 'innocence of a child' so perfectly. I got all teary-eyed when he said "Thank you Mr. Snape."

Author's Response: That's EXACTLY how I reacted, too! It's actually what triggered the idea for this story; it seems like many fans changed their opinions about Snape in an instant and forgot all of his faults. Don't get me wrong - I adore Snape as a character, but he'll never be an angel to me. :p

Also, I'm super glad to hear Fred II worked in this story. I, too, often find it difficult to write the little ones, so I was worried about him.
