Review:October Sea Breeze says:
O MY GOOD GOD THE QUEEN WHO SANG SOMETHING VERY LOUDLY IN HER NIGHT ROBES WITH A FEZ! The Doctor has arrived! Oh, I so love it! Him! Everything! The way Sherlock didn't believe him, the way John is right - as usual - and how I could just hear Lestrade talk to him. Really, I actually heard all the character's voices in my head and that means you did a wonderful job in characterization.

I'm just going to ask it again: can I marry you? PLEASEH! I wanna marry you! Or your talent to write the (beautiful) Doctor. Rory? Where is my dearest Rory by the way? I need mah Roreh!

Ahem... as you may have guessed, this is a very excited, rather hyperactive review that just makes me procrastinate my homework but I'm going to try and give a little critique cause I'm mean like that and I need something to get this word count to 300 xD

The Doctor seemed a little off... I dunno, I know, he's straight to the point but whilst Sherlock seemed perfectly fine and lovely and adorable, I have no idea, but I miss something with the Doctor.

I don't get the psychic paper bit! Why has no human ever done that to the Doctor?? Is it just me being stupid cause I started watching from season 5? With that, I also had a bit of a shock with the Weeping Angels time-travel bit, but anyway. I still don't like them, just to inform.

Lestrade! Greggy! Mah Greg has arrived.. Now where's his husband/fiance(sp?)/boyfriend/whatever called Mycroft?

I honestly wanted to see Greg's face after the Doctor had said he was an alien... dear me, Lisa, dear me.

Bit about HP now, since I tend to forget that bit completely: Teddy is still adorable. And what the hell is happening to him! I want him to find the Ministry and get back to 2011, but I fear like that is not going to happen... the Doctor/Rory/Amy(if needed) and Johnlock (& Mystrade?) have to whoop whoop back to 18th century (or was it 19th?) and have some difficult tasks, no? Yeah... I BET!

Back to the rest: remember the goals... I WANT MYSTRADE DAMNIT! Ahem... don't mind me, just overly excited about this fic. I'm a believer! And I wanna write smutty FF about it... I should go and calm down, I fear.

Anyway: next chapter some Rory? And some Mystrade? :O I want Mycroft to become a victim of the Angels so Lestrade can be all worried and... blah blah *fangirling*

Keep on going, darling! And I need a '... are cool!' moment somewhere.. XD

Author's Response: Whoop! So glad I'm keeping up the characterisation for the Sherlock lot. Rory is coming, he should make an appearance in the next chapter. That one should be fun - I'm gonna bring in a whole lot of minor characters and watch them dance.

That's actually a good point about the Doctor - I sort of thought there was something not quite right, but that's probably because it's been a while since I watched DW so I need to get back in touch with his character.

I don't actually know whether that's canon or not, my memories on some of the earlier seasons are a bit sketchy. But at any rate, it would be very, very rare for psychic paper not to work and I imagine it would take someone of very high intellect to fool it. I'm using a bit of artistic licence here, I think.

The Weeping Angels first appeared in Season 3, in an episode called Blink which covered the time-travelling aspect - Weeping Angels send their victims back in time, that's how they kill. I don't like them either. They scare me. A lot.

Did you notice how Terry summoned the Ministry? Does it remind you how a certain consulting detective summoned the police in a certain Scandal in Belgravia? No? Too subtle? Okay.

You'll see what happens to Terry, but of course I can't give anything away. And it is the 19th century he's in, probably about 1860s.

Next chapter...Next chapter should be fun. And it also shouldn't be too far away. Thanks for the awesome review, and your Rory and Mycroft and "...are cool" and all manner of other glorious things aren't too far away :)
