She really is like Lydia, isn't she? I love how true to life this story is. It's not a fairytale, and Scorpius isn't Lily's Mr. Darcy. They're both broken, like real people. Please continue writing, I love your stories.

Author's Response: She is! And I didn't intend her to be that way, but when I looked back and how I was initially characterizing her, I saw the comparison and was stunned. She was just meant to be annoying, somewhat scheming, and very girly in a disturbing way - but those are also Lydia's traits, so I capitalized on the comparison. :D

I'm really glad to hear that the story was true to life - that's what I wanted to get with Lily and her relationship with Scorpius, that it wasn't fairytale in the least but that it was something that happens too often, and is very sad to see.
