Okay, I always have something for one shots and for our lovely Moody! I just don't understand why there are so few stories about him. It's one hell of a shame, so you brightened my day a little ^^
And I love your Moody, it seems so like him to keep thinking of the future, even when he knows that he's not going to survive it. How he only fits in war time and all that.

One little thing that was a bit odd, in your ending, about the Order of Merlin atop of his tomb. It seems - for me, obviously - the last thing Moody would ever think about. For some reason. But that's just my - not so - humble opinion! And I don't count because I can't speak sense x)

Anyway, lovely Moody. Stupid Fletcher! I want to strangle him even more now... after reading this.. POOR MOODY! Mimimimih! Okay, I'll stop whining. Lovely Moody Story, dear, and I'll keep it on that! ^^

I agree; I think Moody is a brilliant character who really should be showcased more often. Kind of like with my BCJ piece, I really gained a new appreciation for him in writing about him. I'm glad you liked the way I characterized his personality. I appreciate your critique about the Order of Merlin as well, but I wish you had elaborated on what you didn't like about it and/or why you think it wouldn't fit him. And yes, Fletcher! Another interesting individual, certainly, but a true coward.
