I almost can't believe this is the last chapter of the story. I have so enjoyed watching Lucy get a life, and I think this chapter is the perfect end to her story.

I just love the whole concept behind this chapter. You didn't make everything magically perfect for Lucy in the aftermath, but the mood is still hopeful and optimistic. I love her thoughts about her life at this point--her gratitude for the second chance, and her willingness to work hard and make the best of it. My favorite line is, "I knew no sweeping gestures would right everything; only hard work paid off." I just think that's a great point, and it really shows maturity on Lucy's part.

I also love the way Lucy's family acts around her: I think it's all very realistic. Even though her meltdown is still kind of an elephant in the room sometimes, they seem to appreciate the fact that she's turning over a new leaf.

And Mark is still his wonderful, adorable self! I have always thought he was such a sweetheart, and I was so glad to see him and Lucy start to reconcile. That part was a really nice touch :)

Also, I love the point you make at the beginning about how much pressure the next generation must be under. Their parents grew up under such extreme circumstances, and were forced to have it all together at a young age. I could see them expecting the same from their children, even if those expectations are kind of unreasonable. I had never really thought about that before, but it just really rings true to me.

I'm sorry not to have anything constructive to tell you, but there really isn't a thing I would change about this chapter. It's such a fitting way to end Lucy's story, and I just had to gush about it! It has been such a pleasure reading this story...thanks so much for requesting it! Feel free to request for other things if you want to; I would love to review some more of your work! Fantastic job :D

I hoped the "true", hardworking, daughter of percy lucy would shine through here - but with a bit of spunk her dad never had!

I was so glad she found Mark again, even if I am the writer! And the family were important - Weasleys are stronger than a rough patch :D

Also really happy you picked up on that point about the parents - its the reasoning behind "All You Need is Love" and I thought it needed a mention here, it fits Lucy as well as any of them!
