This was a great chapter, and I'm glad they talked about the Lily thing, as I don't think it would have been an honest relationship if they hadn't gotten that covered. I'm always a little hesitant to the idea of Snape being with someone else because of how deep his love for Lily is in the books, but I think something about how they were able to talk about Lily set me at ease and accepting the Lucy/Snape. The little paragraphs about all of the characters we haven't gotten to see much of was nice as well, as I think you captured them brilliantly. I can't wait to see what else happens,

Author's Response: Hey again!

When I originally dreamed up this story, it was back before Deathly Hallows even came out and Lily wasn't even in the picture beyond being Lucy's friend. I added in the elements of her setting them up and Severus being in love with her more recently when I actually put the idea to paper. I definitely wanted it to be authentic, because it sort of annoys me when people claim to write canon Snape with an OC and leave out his feelings for Lily. Anywho, I'm glad you liked that. I'm a huge Lily/Snape shipper as well, by the way :)

The last part of this was one of my favorite pieces of the story to write, and it only came about because I felt the chapter was a little short and needed a proper conclusion. It's turned out to be more popular among readers than I could have imagined, and I'm glad the case was the same for you!
