Secretly, I always wondered how would it have been if they ever met again. I knew that wasn't possible and, to be frank, I never thought of this possibility. You were very clever to 'paint' this idea. It was, indeed, nothing but interesting and enjoyable. When she said "I love you" I started to get a bit upset, thinking it would just go out of canon, but it didn't and I'm really grateful for that. I loved the idea of the ending. The "Always" used in there remembered me of the Dumbledore/Snape moment in Snape's memories. It was very lovely that you used that.

Author's Response: Thank you! I did think there would be that knee-jerk reaction by people when Lily said that, but no, I don't ship Snape/Lily :P At the same time, you never forget your best friends, and they had a very strong friendship that I needed to do justice. I had to use the 'Always,' it's probably the most important word in that whole story. Thanks for the review :)
