Review:siriusthinking says:
Hey,
I've just found this story and loving it.
I'm going to agree with everyone else and say, the way you portray Sirius is refreshing and (I think) is more true to his character than his usual 'playboy' image he is given in other stories, cause I believe he would more into his friends and motorbike than picking up random girls! The relationship between James and Lily is a lovely change too. I always find James really annoying in other stories and the way he's always whining after Lily. I think the way you portrayed them shows the transition from annoying arrogant toerag to possible perfect couple more realistically.
I'm really starting to warm to Isabelle too, she's definitely very different to the many 'Mary-Sues' out there (which is a big compliment!).
I also really like the way you write. It seems very well thought out and detailed but not waffley, I enjoy your little quips about characters behaviours and their background infos, makes it alot easier to follow all your OC's.
Great story so far, looking forward to the next chapters :)

Author's Response: I, too, was irritated at the somewhat cliched manner that was becoming Sirius' character. He was always my favorite character in the books, and I have been trying to stay true to him while taking some liberties, because who knows what he would have been like before Azkaban. Ah, I'm glad that you don't find Isabelle to be Mary-Sueish, that was one of my greatest fears. She definitely isn't perfect, but I was afraid all of her complaining was going to get annoying and turn people off. I was also worried I was introducing too many OC's to follow or even care about, so I've been trying to make them complex and interesting. Thanks for reviewing!!
