Sirius= total brat!! Calling someone a fat bitch is hard core!!! My sister called me that once and my friends were on video chat with me and I spent half an hour checking if my ribs poked through still... They do cuz I do dance, iceskating, tennis, cheerleading, soccer, and basketball...

Reynolds= Drama queen... He seems like the gay drama teacher that always over expects things from people and pushes them too hard... Of course if you could make the arguments more simple, a lot of people would understand it...

They are fun... But one thing, don't put yourself down like "but that just might be me" and "I don't trust myself to write beginnings". If you're confident in your work, other people will be too. Sorry if I seem bitch-y but I'm just saying its a vote of personal confidence in your amazing work from me... if it matters that much.

Yeah, Sirius is a brat and you'll learn to hate him, but probably sympathize with him as well, eventually. I won't see him the same though, because I know stuff about him (insert author's knowing smirk here)
Reynolds is a general headache inducer, I suppose. He's kind of based on a history teacher that everyone hated but I loved; he always picked favorites and victims, but treated everyone else generally normal.
And thanks for the advice; I am my worst critic, but I suppose I always compare the start of a story to later scenes as it progresses, and we all know authors always progress as writers, so I'll probably never be satisfied with the start. The rest is kick-butt awesome though!(says the bias author)
